The situation


With the hopes of attracting more customers using a new experience, Manpower International wanted to create a kiosk app for events worldwide that would give customers the opportunity to easily look for jobs across their entire country. An important issue on the table was the ability to update the content from Manpower’s core application in a fast and intelligent manner to avoid network usage from the kiosks.

Our solution


Truelogic’s innovation team built the app from scratch in four months. The process included design, architecture, development and deployment of the job searching system to be used in kiosks worldwide. One of the most complex problems was to build the product in order to be deployed in any kiosk-type device and manufacturer across the globe. Manpower’s multiple locations and partners needed to be able to easily install the kiosk following simple steps and wizard step-by-step configurations to ensure that the region, job agents, IT or technology are not an impediment for them to have the kiosk on their stands, no matter the location.
